As I release my Autism brand, I'm a bit nervous. I wanted to release it on my son's birthday since he's my inspiration behind this movement. Sometimes I question if I'm the right person to spread awareness to the black community.
Since I couldn't find many children's books about autism that feature people of color as the main character, I crafted something that teachers and educators can use as a learning tool. I chose to create an awareness coloring book, among other projects.
Because my goal is to normalize Autism, I am putting my heart and soul into this brand.
